Sunday School

Youth

Sunday School is held during the regular school year at 9:00 am in Celebration Hall.

Classes are offered for ages 3 - 18.

Each Sunday School year is kicked off after Labor Day with a 'God's Work, Our Hands' service project. The Sunday School children perform a Christmas program and end of school year program for the congregation every year.

To register your child for a Sunday School class, call the Church office at 410 - 795 - 9174.

Middle & High School

Messiah's Confirmation Program is for 7th and 8th grade students wishing to learn more about the Lutheran Church and beliefs. This is a two year program and ends with the students becoming official confirmed members of the church.

The High School Sunday School Class meets weekly to discuss current topics and enjoy each others company. The youth group has gone on short trips to the DE/MD Synod 'Road Trip' retreat held in Ocean City. The group has also attended the week long ELCA sponsored 'Youth Gathering'. At these events, they work on community service projects and worship with 30,000 other Lutheran youth from around the country.
